Hello and welcome to my little corner of the internet! I am glad to have you. My name is Ellen Schaefer. I am an animal, nature, deep breath lover, and artist based in Fredericksburg, VA. I have loved creating art from the time I was very little. My very first subject was my kindergarten dog, Max. Through my present day work, I hope to create thoughtful art that encourages mindfulness and joy.
When I am not painting you can find me snuggling my pups Stanley (pictured here) and Daisy May or spending time with my husband TJ and daughter Opal.
